We are always open online, orders can be placed 24/7.

WHAT HOURS DO WE DELIVER?

Normal flower delivery hours for Sandringham Flowers are between 8.30am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. There are limited deliveries on Saturday. Samdringham Flowers do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays except for Mother’s Day each year when we have special couriers to deliver flowers on the Sunday.


WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE TO GUARANTEE SAME DAY FLOWER DELIVERY?

Need flowers delivered today? For same day delivery in Melbourne , orders must be placed by 2pm (AEST) Monday – Friday and by 10am (AEST) on Saturday to guarantee same day delivery excluding Public Holidays.


WHAT IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

The delivery fee is calculated during the checkout process and is based on the suburb of delivery.

Sandringham Flowers delivers throughout the greater Melbourne area.


CAN I ORDER FLOWERS ONLINE FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF MELBOURNE?

If you wish to place an order for delivery outside of Melbourne please call us at (+ 61 3) 9598 6825 or email sandringhamflowers@gmail.com.au and we will gladly assist you in finding a suitable florist.


CAN YOU GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR A FLOWER OR GIFT DELIVERY?

Sandringham flowers cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to full fill your request but cannot guarantee it.
All orders to businesses will be delivered by close of business.


DO YOU RING THE RECIPIENT PRIOR TO DELIVERY?

You can request us to call the recipient prior to delivery by putting a note in the “delivery notes” field on the order page. We may call a recipient when necessary in order to ensure your delivery runs as smooth as possible.
Please note, that all deliveries to hospitals are confirmed prior to delivery.


WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME?

If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made the flowers or gift will be left at the recipients front or back door, if requested to do so by the sender; or if our experienced couriers deem it safe to do so.
If the gift cannot be left safely, we will call you to ask for further instructions or recipient phone number to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery.
Additional charges may apply.


WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DELIVERY DETAILS SUPPLIED ARE INCORRECT?

Sandringham Flowers will attempt to find the correct address.
If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect, then if the flowers are recovered, Sandringham Flowers will contact the customer and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
However, if the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address and are not recovered, Sandringham Flowers is unable to accept any responsibility for such loss.
It is the customer’s obligation to supply accurate details at the time of ordering.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We will make every effort possible to realistically put in place any changes to your order, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched for delivery.


CAN SANDRINGHAM FLOWERS LET ME KNOW WHEN THE FLOWERS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED?

Please request it at the time of the delivery and where possible we can let you know.


WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES DISPLAYED IN?

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
